關於實驗室(About us)

「奈米光電元件實驗室」的英文全名是 Nano Optoelectronic Device Laboratory,簡稱「NOD 實驗室」,由 劉維昇 教授領導,研究重點放在透明導電氧化層(Transparent conducting oxide, TCO)、薄膜電晶體(Thin-Film Transistor,TFT)、量子點(Quantum Dot, QD)材料分析及量子點太陽電池(Quantum Dot Solar Cell, QDSC)研究方向等。

The Nano Optoelectronic Device Laboratory Led by Professor Wei-Sheng Liu, at the present, our research activities focus mainly on the following areas: Transparent conducting oxide(TCO), Thin-Film Transistor(TFT), Quantum Dot Solar Cell(QDSC), and the new direction of the solar cell research.
